These upload terms provide important information for your upload of information and data into CIDEON’s support forum.
With your acceptance you accept these terms as presented to you without changes. At any time CIDEON may change, add or remove any part of these terms. If it does so, CIDEON will update the terms here. If these terms or any future changes should be unacceptable to you, you should discontinue using the site.
I. General
1. As long as you comply with these terms, CIDEON grants you a simple, non-exclusive and non-transferable right, to enter and use the upload-forum for submission of your information and data.
2. Views and information provided by third parties are those of the respective author and are not endorsed by CIDEON.
3. CIDEON does not pre-screen any data and information provided by users of the site. CIDEON reserves the right, to edit or remove any submission, including those deemed by CIDEON to violate these terms.
4. CIDEON does not formally provide technical support on this site. However, any information that is provided by CIDEON or its employees is offered on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind and does not substitute support formally provided by CIDEON.
II. Submissions
1. By sending a submission to the site you agree to grant to CIDEON and to any person having access to the site a simple, non-exclusive and unlimited right and license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the submission.
2. CIDEON only accepts submissions containing information and data concerning CIDEON-relevant products.
3. User takes over full responsibility and liability for his submission and warrants that he owns or otherwise controls all of the rights to the information and data contained therein.
4. Submissions of the following or similar content are excluded:
• Information intending to promote or containing an illegal act
• Information and data infringing the rights of third parties, especially their intellectual property
• Advertisements regarding non-CIDEON products
• Polls, petitions with political or non-political target
5. In case CIDEON is held liable by third parties for any submission, user has to indemnify CIDEON from any claim and compensate CIDEON for any damage caused.
III. Miscellaneous
1. User must refrain from any act causing interference and disruption to the usability of and access to the site. Especially, user has to ensure that submissions without CIDEON’s express prior consent do not exceed the usual and appropriate size.
2. In case of any violation CIDEON retains the right to modify, delete or remove the submission from the site at any time and without prior notice. CIDEON may use any data provided by user to identify any person for litigation purposes and pass on any such data to third parties claiming to be infringed by a submission.
