CIDEON Software customer portal to be expanded


To further optimize customer-focused processes, the Drupal system is scheduled to be used at CIDEON Software beginning in September 2014. The flexible CMS system will replace the existing CIDEON Web Support customer portal and provide numerous benefits from the customer's viewpoint.

In the future, external access to product documentation and downloads will require only one log-in, as both will be bundled in the CMS. The system is based on the latest technology, can be expanded flexibly and provides an intuitive, user-friendly interface that will make navigation easier for our customers.

Numerous new functions will be available to users to make handling CIDEON documentation (search, display, download, etc.) and other solution-specific document files significantly easier, as well as allowing considerably more room to maneuver in working with the customer portal.

The move to the new system is already in full swing. We will, of course, let you know when the system is available.
