CIDEON's SAP CAD Integration Certification Program

Integrated systems have a lot of advantages and they improve the interoperability between teams, departments and companies. They allow building entire comprehensive business processes in IT systems and they make sure that the data transfer works without any manual interaction. This undoubted reduces time and avoids mistakes. The biggest challenge for all involved is to understand the entire cross-border technique and processes. This requires higher skills for consultants but also for the system users.

The use of and changes in integrated systems will have impact not only in the areas where the user is familiar with. It will be more and more important to see over the own horizon and learn what influences the own work will have in other working areas. CIDEON installed a certification program for user and consultant to take this in account. CIDEON is committed to deliver high quality solution and is aware about its responsibility for the customer’s success. The goal of the program is to give customers and responsible persons the possibility to judge if the consultants and CAD administrators are able to implement and use the full functionality of the SAP CAD integration.
